Situation Overview
The Emergency Ramadan IFTAR Food Support Program is a humanitarian response initiative organized by Babul Keyer USA to support vulnerable families during the holy month of Ramadan. Due to rising living costs, food insecurity, and economic hardship, thousands of families struggle to afford daily meals to break their fast.
For the past five years, this emergency food support initiative has provided daily IFTAR meals throughout Ramadan, reaching 5,000 direct beneficiaries and impacting over 12,000 indirect beneficiaries, including family members and dependents.
This program ensures that the most vulnerable, including low-income families, elderly individuals, widows, and orphaned children, receive nutritious meals during this spiritually significant month.
